JOEF is rapidly becoming one of the footballing Academies in Nigeria for players wanting to take there game to the next level!. Our sessions are designed to give players the confidence to play the game the way it should be played with player’s wanting to receive the ball without feeling under pressure to make a mistake and play with the belief they can pass the ball like all the top teams & nations they see week in week out playing at the very highest level.
Unfortunately our mentality as a nation has been all about winning at any cause and never believe in the young generation and the new football techniques that is been adopted worldwide and this has clearly had a knock and negative effects on our sporting activities with our national team seemingly years behind countries such as Spain, Argentina, Brazil and Holland e.g. We believe this has to change and it starts at the grassroots level teaching the next generation a new way of thinking, putting winning aside, playing the game with confidence without the worry of making mistakes by wanting the ball and passing at a high tempo as well as teaching players movement off the ball something other nations do better than we are doing currently!
