Joef Football Academy was formed in 2009, under the leadership of Okegbo Patrick John, with two teams: A male and female team based in Navy Town/Festac Amuwo Odofin Local Governemnt Area. Joef Football Academy was ones partner with Campdavid and a coach with Amuwo Sparklers in The Lagos State junior league.

Joef Football Academy, has the Record of improvement since then, Silverware in the 1st Chief of Naval Staff competition 2010, Silverware in the Amuwo Summer game 2012, Gold (winner) Campdavid Street soccer 8th, 12th and 15th edition. Winning several matches and as well holding a record of the youngest team and most consistence team in the district.

That record remains unbeatable till this day because of hard work and commitment to development. Joef Football Academy is also the first Team to break records in the region of Amuwo Odofin Local Government area in her first summer game to beat one of the champion of the region 3 - 1 goal.

We have one of our female player presently playing with Osun Babes in the Nigeria Women Premier league Championship and have been garnishing our effort in development of players not like others but like ourselves put the priority of the game first and the monetary secondary. We wants to make football the arrow ahead of every youths dream and give them the platform to be the best they wish to be.
