JOEF is rapidly becoming one of the footballing Academies in Nigeria for players wanting to take there game to the next level!. Our sessions are designed to give players the confidence to play the game the way it should be played with player’s wanting to receive the ball without feeling under pressure to make a mistake and play with the belief they can pass the ball like all the top teams & nations they see week in week out playing at the very highest level.

Unfortunately are mentality as a nation has been all about winning at any cost and this has clearly had a knock on affect with our national team seemingly years behind countries such as Spain, Argentina and Holland. We believe this has to change and it starts at grassroot level teaching the next generation a new way of thinking putting winning aside playing the game with confidence without the worry of making mistakes by wanting the ball and passing at a high tempo as well as teaching players movement off the ball something other nations do alot better than us currently!

As well as receiving top quality coaching players also get the chance to play friendly fixtures against other academies and professional teams. This gives players the opportunity to showcase their talent in front of Academy scouts and Managers. Our primary aim is the development of your child, and our primary aim for our Pro Squads is for them to progress there game and move onto the next level in Academy football. So far JOEF will be sending some of there players to clubs overseas for trials, to take their careers to the next level, with many more still yet to go on trial with the likes of professional clubs.
